Script Module: Clipped_Orthos

Description:

Displays the 3D image using a set of cross-sections clipped at a given corner of the volume. If more than cross-sections are wanted, a new image can be created in which the clipped area is set to 0, so as to use an isosurface or a volume rendering.

Corner

Corner to clip.

X

Slice number in the X direction.

Y

Slice number in the X direction.

Z

Slice number in the Z direction.

Color

If colormapping is selected, this is the colormap to use for colouring the pixels according to greylevel.

Frame_Color

Color of the frame of the cross-sections.

DoIt

Push the first button to display the cross-sections, push the second to generate a new image with the pixels in the clipped region set to 0.
